Shipping Locations: Offices in the United States, manufacturing in China.
Order Processing Time: 1-7 business days (due to the special nature of the lighting product).
Shipping Time & Methods:
- For packages under 40": 4-7 days via express.
- For packages over 40": 20-30 natural days via ocean freight.
Carriers: YunExpress, UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, Royal Mail, etc.
Shipping Costs: All orders enjoy free standard shipping.
Order Tracking: Receive a confirmation email with tracking information upon shipment.
Taxes and Duties: Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may be applicable upon the arrival of your package. The recipient is responsible for settling these fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Replacements are provided at no cost; initiate a trace request within 7 days for eligibility.

REFUND
Refund Eligibility: 30-day return window from product delivery.
Exclusions: Installed products, customized items, and inventory sale purchases.

Requires submission of a query to service@zylerox.com, including the reason for return.
Return address and instructions provided upon confirmation.
Packaging & Shipping:
All components must be sealed in original packaging.
Take photos of packages before shipping, and consider purchasing insurance.
Refund time: 3-5 business days after inspection, with additional processing time by banks (7-14 business days).
Exchanges are treated as returns and repurchases; customized items are not eligible for exchange.
Order Cancellation:
Customized items not eligible for cancellation.
Non-customized orders can be canceled for free within 24 hours; a $50 processing fee applies after shipment but before delivery.
